You can contact FunPay management the same way: via e-mail email@example.com or via the Ticketing System (The "Submit a Ticket" button in the upper right corner).
You should ask Tech Support specialist to transfer your ticket to FunPay management (or indicate it in the subject of the letter or ticket). However, we do not recommend doing this without a reason, because the response time will be significantly increased.
We assume that you will be answered as soon as possible (usually within 2-3 days).
